To return an item firstly email us at notifiying us of the return within 14 days of purchase.  We will provide the return address.  Goods need to be returned with the original invoice.

Return postage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.  We would recommend that you obtain proof of postage. Clearly state on the invoice the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange, We reserve the right to exchange for an alternative product.  The buyer is responsible for the postage fees for returns and exchanges.  Your return is your responsibility until it reaches Gee Gees Emporium.  Please  make ensure your return is packed up properly and cannot get damaged during transit. We cannot be responsible for any damages during transit. Clearance, seconds and Sales items are non returnable. Personalised Items are non-returnableIf you feel you have received a defective product, please get in touch.  We may ask for photos of the item to help speed up the process and reduce unnecessary postage. We will send a postage label for any defective items. A refund will be processed within 14 days of the product being returned back to us

All returns or defects MUST be notified to us within fourteen (14) days after the receipt of the order, for us to accept a return.  Returned goods must be sent back within twenty eight (28) days of the original order.  Returns will not be accepted if we have not been notified within 14 Days.  Any refund that is due will be processed within 14 days of receipt of return being received back at Gee Gees Emporium.  Refunds can only be made to the original method of payment.  If this is not possible a credit note will be issued.  Refunds are not offered to any product that is sold as seconds or has a fault highlighted. 

Clearance Products

Items purchased from the clearance page and prices are NON returnable, refundable or transferable.  

Special Order Items

Some items we sell, such as riding hats and body protectors are designated as 'Special Order Items' because they are custom made and, made to order, ordered to requirements.  They are very personalised in sizing and you must have had a hat fitting and currently know your current hat size in the brand you wish to order.  Hat sizes fit differently from brand to brand due to each brands hat shape.  We cannot be responsible for incorrectly fitting safety wear.   Once the hat/body protector has been worn it cannot be returned due to cross-contamination and already being possibly exposed to an event.  Every brands hat/body protector fits differently and this is why they are personalised items.  Orders for items such as these cannot be amended or cancelled unless you notify us that you within 24 hours of placing your order. Furthermore, these items CANNOT be returned or refunded either

Items that have been specifically ordered in for customers cannot be returned for a refund, only a credit note.  Please ensure size charts have been followed carefully to avoid products not fitting correctly. 

The returned goods need to be in their original packaging, with all tags still attached and they need to be in a "as new" re-saleable condition. Return postage is at the buyers cost and risk.  If the item you’re returning to us does not meet all the conditions above, we will not give you a refund. Furthermore, we may have to send your item back to you, for which we’ll charge you the cost of postage.

Returning Horse Rugs

Returned horse rugs must be returned in undamaged original packaging with all labels attached.  Horse rugs must be clean inside to avoid the possibility of cross infection of skin infections etc and the possibility of mites etc

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Usually 14 days.  We will email you that you are entitled to a refund for the defective goods or a replacement.
