We would recommend that you obtain proof of postage. Returning by 2nd class post is sufficient. clearly state on the invoice the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange, We are only able to exchange items for the same product. The buyer is responsible for the postage fees for exchanges.
Personalised Items are non-returnable.
All returns or damages must be notified to us within seven (7) days after the receipt of the order. Returned goods must be sent back within fourteen (14) days of the original order. Any refund that is due will be processed within 7 days.
The returned goods need to be in their original packaging and they need to be in a "as new" saleable condition. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned. Refunds will be transferred using the same method originally used by you to pay for the purchase.
